The new job I got seemed great to begin with. The pay wasn’t great, but the experience is and the commission can help significantly. In the past week my boss has asked me to become a contractor and he is expanding my job responsibilities.
This job takes up more than 40 hours a week (sometimes I wonder how), I work as a recruiter so between talking to candidates, creating job posts, and dealing with social media it somehow adds up.
The gloom is that if I negotiate this contract and my boss doesn’t like it he can cut me loose.
in other news, I am close to being certified as a security guard, back up position.
